About Feldenkrais Hobart Unfurl Yourself Pain Relief, Improve Mobility, Mindful Movement

I began my training in 2010, and Graduated from the Melbourne 4 training program in 2014. I have been teaching ATM (Awareness through Movement) since 2011, and working in my private practice with individual clients since my graduation. My personal journey with the Feldenkrais Method® gives me a strong passion for working with others to facilitate learning new more effective and efficient, pain free ways to move. I love what the Feldenkrais Method® has been able to do for me and those I teach and treat. In my time off I love to travel: most years to Ireland to visit my husband's family: most recently I have been in Tibet: another lesson in compassion and spaciousness. I walk my scruffy Irish Terrier, Ruby, in the bush of Knocklofty, go Salsa dancing a couple of times each week, and love my weekly meditation sessions.
