About Fit la Femme
Fit la Femme Mummy Boot Camp is outdoor group training designed specifically for mother's who want to lose weight, increase their energy and boost their self-confidence. Each camp runs for four weeks, with three workouts per week. During each camp, you will be involved in group exercise with other fellow mums who have similar goals and lifestyles to yourself. We also offer nutritional advice and programs to compliment the training and run contests to keep you motivated and on track. Mummy Boot Camp is held at Cheong Park, Eastfield Road, Croydon South every Tuesday and Thursday at 6.00pm and Saturday mornings at 9.00am. We know that mums don't have a lot of time to look after themselves, that's why we developed this program to give you maximum results in minimum time - and have a whole lot of fun while doing it!
