Safehome Building Inspections conduct Professional Pre-Purchase Building Inspections and Pest Inspections in Melbourne and Suburbs using the latest tecnology including the Testo 875 Thermal Imaging Camera, the Termatrac T3i radar which can detect termite movement in a wall cavity and floor joists.
The Building inspection includes a rigorous assessment to locate structural defects, major defects, minor defects, maintenance issues, termite activity/damage within your potential dwelling.
We supply detailed 50-60 page inspection reports including labelled photographs which are promptly emailed to you on the same day as the inspection.
We are Qualified Building Inspectors (Dip of Building Surveying) and Timber Pest Inspectors and been in operation since 2004 and conducted over 5000 inspections around Melbourne.
We are Registered Members of the Master Builders Association of Victoria.
